The Prevention Specialist plans, implements and evaluates alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention services within the community; coordinates and promotes prevention activities with other agencies and volunteer groups; provides brief screenings and early intervention services to target populations and advocates for environmental changes influencing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use in the general population. Strong leadership skills, ability to work independently, and a relevant Bachelor's degree required.
