Alcohol Highway Safety Education

Prime For Life®

Designed for adults who are already engaged in high-risk drinking or drug use or are likely to begin high-risk use.  Program goals include:

  • Increased knowledge of risks associated with substance use/abuse.
  • Icreased abstinence, reduce recidivism and reduce risk of future substance use problems.
  • Designed to gently but powerfullly change common beliefs and attitudes that contribute to high risk alcohol and other drug use.

Prime For Life®  is an evidence-based motivational prevention, intervention and pretreatment program specifically designed for people who might be making high-risk choices.  This includes but is not limited to impaired driving offenders, college students, and young people charged with alcohol and/or drug offenses.

It is designed to change drinking and drug use behaviors by changing beliefs, attitudes, risk perceptions, motivations, and the knowledge of how to reduce their risk of alcohol and drug related problems throughout their lives.

We offer Prime For Life®  to adults who are already engaged in high-risk drinking or drug use or are likely to begin high-risk use.

We also offer Prime For Life®  for young people, which helps them recognize the things they value in life and how to protect them.

There is a waiting list for the class;  Please call if you need to be added to the list:
